SHIPPING

• The product will not be shipped until all funds have cleared the bank or PayPal
• Allow a maximum of 2 weeks from payment to receipt of goods – most scooter deliveries are 1-2 days from payment (Remote areas and Peak Periods may impact delivery times). We will inform you by email when your goods have left the warehouse and the freight company details.
• A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Ensure that the goods are undamaged before signing this receipt.

INSURANCE

• All Scooters are fully insured and can only be delivered with a signature – No Attention to Leave. Any insurance claims will be managed by driveandcarry.com.au

PACKAGING

• All products are packaged as they are received from the manufacturer and checked prior to shipping.
